Lost, stolen, or damaged luggage
Missed flights or connections
Illness, injury, or accidents
Any optional excursions or purchases made outside of the official itinerary

4. Participation Requirements

Missing any portion of the experience due to lateness or personal scheduling conflicts will not result in a refund.
